Services
How it works
Register for an account at no cost or obligation. It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete the online form. Once registered you will receive an introductory phone call from your personal broker to assess your requirements/ timescales etc.
Once your account is active you can call your personal broker to get a live exchange rate and buy what you need. Alternatively, you can log into your online trading platform and exchange currency at your convenience. In either case, if you decide to buy the currency you will receive an email trade confirmation.
There are 3 elements to the trade confirmation email including detail of how to get your funds to us.
a) Unique trade reference number, you put this on the bank transfer to us so we know they are your funds.
b) Our client segregated bank details; where to pay and settle your outstanding trade.
c) We will prompt you for your onward payment instructions.
We will confirm with you when we receive your funds. We then send your currency out the fastest method available.
Contract Options
Spot Contract
A Spot Contract is a straight swap of funds for currency. It is payable within 2 days or sooner depending on what was mutually agreed.

Forward Contract
The Forward Contract allows you to buy currency in advance of when you actually need it. This is especially useful for people without full availability of funds and/or need to stick to a budget. The contract can be held for up to two years in advance. Note that this does require a small deposit.

Regular Payment
This is especially useful for paying regular monthly bills overseas - international mortgages etc. Just set up a standing order with us and we’ll automatically send the payment each month until you tell us to stop.

Limit Order/Stop Loss
This contract allows you to target a specific exchange rate. A Limit is the top end of the market, and the Stop is the lower end of the market. This contract becomes legally binding once a target rate is achieved.
Security
Segregated Accounts
All funds are kept in client Tier 1 banks client segregated accounts with Global Currency Exchange Network Separate to the businesses operational accounts.
Data Protection Act
Allazo FX is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference: ZB592223
Allazo FX has strict internal policies and guidelines when handling any client information.
Audit Trail
Transaction receipts are provided by email and via your account online. Your online account will keep you informed of the status of any current trades and outstanding balances, as well as a detailed history of previous trades.
